Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How do I return a gift? 

To start a gift return or exchange, select "GIFT RETURN CLICK HERE". From there, enter the order number, the shipping zip code, your name and your email address.

Make sure that you click "GIFT RETURN CLICK HERE".

 

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

 

How do I start a return? 

if you are the purchaser, you can start your return by entering in your order number and shipping zip code. You can also start your return by entering your email address by selecting "Start with your email address". You will then be emailed directions on how to proceed with your return. If you're returning a gift, select "Gift Return Click Here". 

 

What is your return + exchange policy?

Domestic orders purchased within 90 days may be returned for a refund or store credit. Some orders may be eligible for an exchange. Items must be unwashed and unworn. All international orders, personalized, embroidered and sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. 

Domestic gift returns will receive store credit that can be used to shop online or in a Guideshop. All orders must be accompanied with an order number and record of sale.  Shipping fees are not refunded. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds and store credit are issued approximately 2 weeks after the return has been received. If there are any issues with your return package, the refund may be delayed. 

What items are returnable?

  • Unwashed and unworn items purchased in the last 90 days.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • International orders.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
