Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! Gift wrap must be selected at checkout. Simply select “Add Free Gift Wrap” and add your gift message. If you select gift wrap, the entire order will be gift wrapped together. If you’d like multiple gift boxes, you must place separate orders. We are unable to add gift wrap or a gift message to an order after it has been placed.

How fast are orders processed?

If an order does not include personalization/embroidery, we typically ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase. In times of higher order volumes, wholesale orders will require extended times.

How do I make a return? 

Domestic orders within 90 days with an order number, unwashed and unworn, may be returned by contacting us at Contact@snuglily.com. Please review our return policy for more information. 

Can I change my order? 

We are unable to make any changes after an order has been placed as they are processed immediately. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Please note that you cannot cancel an order after it has been placed as they are processed immediately. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can at contact@snugily.com.

Can I edit my shipping address? 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact contact@snuglily.com and we will do our best to make the change.

All of our products are  designed in Wilmington, DE  by our in house team at Snuglily. We globally source our products and find the best quality and completive prices.
